First-time setup (overview)

  1. Install

    Get builds from this site’s download page or official project distribution channels.

  2. BIOS

    You need a BIOS dump from your own console. On Windows, the usual path is:

    Documents\PCSX2\bios

  3. First run

    The wizard helps you pick BIOS, graphics backend, and game folders.

  4. Games

    Add folders with your own legal disc dumps (ISO / CSO).

Legal: Downloading BIOS or games from random websites is often illegal. Dump media you own when the law allows.
